I’m not a professional chef, but I have chopped and minced my way through kitchens around the world. During my years as a correspondent for Gourmet, I studied at some of Southeast Asia’s most notable stoves. Yet much of the best advice, I’ve found, comes from the down-home kitchens of seasoned grandmothers. I offer a variety of hands-on cooking courses and demonstrations, as well as workshops on eating for good health.
